Beef Bruschetta & Baked Brie

30 slices of hard french baguette
1 container of Boursin Cheese
30 thin slices of cooked Beef Tenderloin
4Tbs. of Italian dressing
2Tbs. of Worcestershire sauce
8 ozs. of shaved parmesan cheese
1oz. of chopped fresh basil
1 jar of marinated sundried tomatoes
Spread boursin cheese on french bread slices. Marinate beef in Italian
dressing and Worcestershire Sauce. Place one slice on each piece of french bread.
Top with shaved parmesan cheese, then sundried tomatoes and fresh basil.
Baked Brie with Fresh Grand Marnier Cranberries and Brown Sugar Butter
1 Wheel of Brie
1 bag of fresh cranberries
3/4 cup of water
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3 Tbs. of Grand Marnier
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
In sauce pan bring to a boil cranberries, sugar and water. Reduce heat and simmer til slightly thickened. Add in Grand Marnier. Melt butter in microwave add in brown sugar. Cut skin off top of brie. Top with brown sugar butter ,then cranberrry mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
