(KMOV.com) – A group that is touting the comeback of Old North St. Louis will be offering a tour of the new homes that have been built in the neighborhood Saturday.
The Old North St. Louis Restoration Group said several new businesses have opened along the 14th Street corridor near Crown Candy Kitchen. The group told News 4 it has been working to rehab and fix several old buildings in the neighborhood.
“We believe Old north St Louis is on the cutting edge of St. Louis' revitalization as a whole,” Sean Thomas with the Old North St. Louis Restoration Group said. “It's a city neighborhood over the past decade that grew in population by 28 percent.”
The tour will be held from 10 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. For more info, click here.
