(KMOV.com) – A blaze caused a partial building collapse in St. Louis on Friday morning.

The blaze started around 11:40 a.m. at a vacant two-story building in the 1100 block of Hamilton.

The multi-use building had commercial space on the bottom and a residential area on top.

Fire crews discovered fire in both sides of an internal fire wall.

There was no one inside the building at the time and no injuries were reported.

The investigation into what caused the fire is ongoing.
