Happily nuzzling his Dad, Little Camron is safe and healthy thanks to his brave mother in Massachusetts.
The two were inside their apartment when fire roared through the Haverhill building yesterday afternoon. Flames moved fast in the hallway and trapped Camron and his mom.
Christina Simoes grabbed her 18 month old toddler and jumped out from the second-story balcony. The fall broke a bone in her back, requiring surgery. But her grasp around Camron protected him , who only suffered a small bruise on his head.
Even after a long surgery, Camron's mom brushed off all the praise, only concerned about her son.
Doctors say there's a chance Simoes will remain paralyzed
