More kids and teens are smoking marijuana and at younger ages.
 
According to a study by the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, from 2008 to 2009 there was a nine-percent increase to 7.3-percent of all people ages 12 and older.
 
The average age for first-time pot smoker dropped to 17.
