Whatever hopes the Rams had of winning this game today went right through Steven Jackson's hands...literally.
Everyone wants to believe that Steven Jackson is a big time NFL running back. Steven wants you to believe he is a big-time star but big-time NFL running backs don't fumble twice, one turned immediately into a touchdown, when the game is on the line.
I can live with Prima Donna running backs when they produce. Marshall Faulk was a guy who needed to be stroked a little bit but he always produced and never fumbled when the game was on the line. Steven Jackson just doesn't stay on the field enough for that and doesn't produce enough to be considered a big-time star running back.
He may believe he is a big-time running back but to me he is not. Very good but nowhere near the best right now. You have to produce and right now it is a lot more talk then it is proof.
