Getting Back on Track

I started back on my healthy lifestyle again today. I was so energetic and strong on Keath Hausher's workout plan. (He is our fitness expert on News 4 This Morning)

I fell back into my old habits a couple of months ago. Skipping workouts, eating the chocolate in the news director's office, making frequent trips to ice cream shops, I could go on and on. I feel nasty. I have also gained at least 10 pounds.

But it is not just about the weight. It is about feeling good about yourself. I don't know about you, but not exercising and eating junk makes me grumpy and lazy.

I thought that if I announced to you that I am back on track, I would be more likely to stick to it. Anyone who wants to join the team, write me and we can motivate each other. Keath's workout plan is on the News 4 This Morning's page of this website.

As of today, it's no junk food and six days a week of exercise.
