Wow! I can't believe all the emails and responses of encouragement I have received since I posted my last blog entry.
Some of you even sent before and after pictures of yourselves. Thank you!
I spoke with Keath Hausher today. In fact, we have video of the interview about getting back on track on our website. He says we should not focus on the mistakes (and added weight) but focus on the future.
Which means I can't focus on the fact that my weight went up and my body fat percentage.
I have stuck to my diet for the last two days and gone to the gym.
My tip: When you are tempted to ditch the gym or binge on junk food, focus on the last time you did it and try and re-live how you felt afterwards.
Taking care of yourself is the first step in taking care of others. I feel so bad when I snap at someone just because I decided to gorge on pizza or chocolate.
I am on track so far today and I will be going to the gym this afternoon. I do the exercises that we have posted on our website.
