Thai Style Slaw


4 c. shredded green cabbage or napa cabbage

1 c. bean sprouts

1 c. snow peas, blanched and cut thinly

½ red bell pepper, chopped

¼ c. cilantro and green onion, chopped, each

2 Tbsp toasted black sesame seeds

Ginger-sesame dressing


Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Set aside in a fridge for at least an hour before serving.

1/3 c. rice vinegar

1/3 c. sugar

3 Tbsp soy sauce

3 Tbsp sesame oil
