Berkeley man arrested, accused of stabbing brother to death

(KMOV) -- A man is dead after an early morning stabbing in Berkeley, Missouri.
Police have arrested the victim’s brother as the suspect in this crime.
The stabbing happened just before 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday in the 6700 block of Larry Lane.
Police were called to the scene after someone called 911 and then hung up the phone.
When officers arrived on the scene, the victim’s brother was standing outside of the home. He was arrested without incident.
Emergency crews tried to stabilize the victim, but were unable to save him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say that the victim and his brother got into an argument which led to the fatal stabbing.
Authorities have not released any names in this case.
