(KMOV) -- A small plane crashed at the St. Charles Airport Friday night, but no one was hurt in the wreck.
The St. Charles City Fire Department said the plane crashed at about 6 p.m. The air craft, identified as a Cesna, appeared to overshoot the runway while attempting to land. It then rolled across a road and clipped a utility pole before stopping in an open field.
There were two people on board, a man in his 50's and a woman in her 30's. Both were checked by medics at the scene and neither suffered any serious injuries.
