(KMOV) -- Thieves stole several laptops from a north St. Louis charity, and now the head of that charity wants them to do the right thing and bring them back.

The thieves were caught on camera stealing the laptops from Web Innovations and Technology Services, or WITS. Two men entered the store Friday morning and asked to see computers in the back room, while a third suspect came in later and stole the laptops.

The suspects are also believed to have stolen more laptops Thursday. Seven computers were stolen and are worth about $2,000.

A worker did get a partial license plate on the white Oldsmobile Intrigue the men were driving: a Missouri plate with the first three letters W4D. Anyone with information is told to call police.

WITS takes old electronics and recycles or refurbishes them so they may be donated to charity. Seniors, veterans, low-income families and kids with cancer are among those who have recieved laptops from WITS.

The head of WITS said all information on the donated laptops has been wiped clean.
