(KMOV) – Town and Country police are looking for two suspects accused of stealing over $1,400 in groceries at a Schnucks supermarket.

Police say the theft happened during the late evening on May 25 at the Schnucks located at 1060 Schnucks Woodsmill Road.
A Schnucks employee noticed that the lock on the wine storage cabinet in the liquor department was broken with the cabinet standing open, according to police.
The employee reviewed surveillance tapes and noticed a male and female walking through the store with a cart full of expensive meat, bottles of wine and other liquor bottles, said police.
Police say the suspects eventually pushed the cart past the checkout lanes without paying and exited the store.
The suspects are described as a white male approximately 25-30 years old, 5'10" 185 pound, with numerous tattoos on his arms. He was seen wearing a black T-shirt and black pants. The female is of the same age range, is approximately 5'5" and 140 pounds, and was wearing black Capri pants, a black halter top and sandals.
