Fourth of The July Cake

2-10" white layers of cake 2" high.
2-10" red layers  (can be red velvet cake, or white cake colored red) 2" high
1-4" blue layer
Cut each layer cake into 3 sections with serrated knife
Alternate red and white slices to approx.  height of 3-4 inches putting a small amount of white icing between layers.
Set 4" layer in center.
Take next 4 red and white layers, cut 4" circle out of middle and stack one at a time making sure to put icing between the layers.
Ice the sides and top with white icing then cut into wedges.
