(KMOV) -- St. Louis County prosecutors want the teen charged with killing a former police chief to have surgery to remove a bullet from his arm.
Billy Cushshon-Bey, is accused of shooting Tyrone Thompson earlier this month.
Prosecutors say that bullet in Cushshon-Bey’s arm is evidence because it was fired by Thompson who was trying to defend his life.
A judge could rule on the motion for Cushshon-Bey to have surgery at his next hearing scheduled for late-July.
