The family of 3-year-old Brandon Tate say they plan to open a trust fund to help offset the costs that have resulted after his sudden and tragic death when he found a loaded gun and fired it on Tuesday in a south St Louis apartment.

The boy's grandfather says they plan to open up a "Brandon Tate Memorial Fund" at Commerce Bank.  We'll keep you updated on that.

Also on what police may do next.  Family members say no one knew about the gun, except for the ex boyfriend of Brandon's mother.  He moved out last week they say and it seems he left the gun behind.
