Illinois brothers dead after dispute over land

CASEY, Ill. (AP) -- Two eastern Illinois brothers are dead and their father wounded after a dispute over land.
Illinois State Police say David Brussell shot his brother, Kevin Brussell, Saturday at their parents' home in Casey. David Brussell then shot himself and died at a hospital in Urbana. Casey is 70 miles south of Urbana.
It isn't clear how the father, William Brussell, was shot, but police say the wound was minor.
Details about the dispute were sketchy, but police say it was over land being given to the brothers.
Police say the brothers were both in their 50s. Their father is in his 80s.
Police say David Brussell was a college professor and lived with his parents. Kevin Brussell had a home nearby but spent much of his time in New Hampshire.
