Margarita Fruit Salad

Margarita Fruit Salad

Add a splash of tequila and a twist of lime to a bowl of juicy fruit and you have one fun, colorful and refreshing salad.

4 Cups cubed melon (watermelon, cantaloupe and/or honeydew)
1 lb strawberries, halved
1 Cup seedless red grapes
1 Cup fresh blueberries
3 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
2 tablespoons tequila
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Combine fruit in large serving bowl. In small bowl, stir together agave nectar, tequila and lime juice. Pour over fruit; gently toss until well mixed. Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
