(KMOV) – Two men face charges after police say they stole dozens of 12-packs of Red Bull from multiple St. Louis County Schnucks stores last year.

Brian Wallace and Joshua Mead were both charged Jan. 10 with stealing over $500, a felony.

According to court documents, Wallace and Mead worked together to steal three 12-packs of Red Bull from the Schnucks in the 10000 block of Gravois Rd. between Sept. 10 and Sept. 13.

Police say three days later, Wallace and Mead went into the Schnucks store at the Oakville Shopping Center and stole 42 packages of the energy drink.

The thefts were captured on security cameras and the suspects were arrested. They admitted to the crimes, telling police they sold the stolen energy drinks to convenience stores in St. Louis and shared the profits.

Bond was set at $10,000 for both men.
