Three Belleville men charged in separate crimes for burglary, domestic battery, illegal weapon use

(KMOV)-- Three Belleville men are charged for three separate crimes Tuesday.

Phillip J. Mooney Jr., 29, is charged with one count burglary. His bail set at $300,000.00.

Authorities say that on November 1st 2010m, the victim reported property stolen from his car.

Richard A. Hedger III, 38, is charged with domestic battery after officers responded to a call of disturbance on January 1st. The victim reported that Hedger battered and bit her.

The victim was transported to an area hospital.

Hedger is held on $25,000 bail.

Cortez D. Bridges, 26, is charged with one count aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. The incident occurred at a traffic stop on December 31st 2010. Bail is set at $30,000.00.
