(KMOV.com) -- Charter Communications is in the process of making changes to its facilities in St. Louis City and County on Monday night. As a result, customers without set-top boxes in St. Louis City and some areas of St. Louis County will need to rescan their digital televisions Tuesday morning in order to avoid losing their local channels. This only affects Charter customers in St. Louis City and some areas of St. Louis County who do not have a cable box.  Call Charter Communications if you have any questions.
