(KMOV) -- Firefighters worked to put out a fire in a multi-family residence in north St. Louis early Wednesday morning.

According to the St. Louis fire department, the unit on fire in the 4300 block of North Florissant was vacant.

There are no reports of injuries and no official word on the cause of the fire.
