Ruptured water main break in west St. Louis causes traffic hiccup
By KMOV Web Producer
(KMOV.com) -- A ruptured water main limited westbound Clayton Road traffic to a single lane through rush-hour Thursday afternoon at Bellevue near St. Mary's hospital in west St. Louis.
The pipe was hit by a contractor performing work for St. Mary's Health Center. Repair crews will have to excavate a portion of westbound Clayton Road's pavement. Three westbound lanes of Clayton Road will be closed during the repair.
