(KMOV.com) -- Police have charged a 29-year-old man for the shooting death of a teen in north St. Louis County on June 1.
Jeryl Daniels was charged on Monday with one count first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and three counts of armed criminal action for his involvement in a shooting on the 9700 block f
The shootings happened in the 9700 block of Ventura Dr. around 2:15 p.m. Saturday.
Police say Daniels is accused of opening fire on Ryan Thurman, 16, who was found dead at the scene and two other victims, ages 15 and 16, wounded by gunfire.
Both wounded victims was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Daniels was taken into custody on Sunday by investigators at a St. Louis City grocery store.
A judge set a cash-only bond at $500,000 for Daniels.
