HOUSTON -- A Texas fire marshal is trying to figure out what sparked a fire on a wooden train trestle over the Colorado River in San Saba County.
Cpt. Jamie Smart with the Lometa Volunteer Fire Department shot video of the fire.
He and his crew responded to the fire Sunday, but with the heat it was putting out, and limited water, all they could do was watch as the entire trestle collapse.
Smart said the rail line is used to transport wheat and sand.
