We're getting our first look at some of the damage in Oklahoma following a tornado outbreak on Sunday.
Large trucks were blown off the road at the interchange of Interstate 40 and U.S. 177 near Shawnee, 28 miles east of Oklahoma City.
In Wellston, about 40 miles northeast of Oklahoma City, the aerial view shows several homes sustained severe damage, while others were reduced to rubble.
Local news station KFOR reported the tornado also took out power lines. The station's helicopter pilot estimated the funnel cloud to be about a half-mile wide.
We also have aerial views of Carney, Oklahoma, 36 miles northeast of Oklahoma City. Some homes sustained very major damage; a truck and an RV were seen tossed on their sides.
