Dozens of cars damaged in Lake St. Louis apartment complex fire

 LAKE ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) -- A fire at a Lake St. Louis apartment complex damaged 32 cars in a carport early Monday morning, destroying 20 of them.

That fire broke out around 3:00 Monday morning at 45 Cedar Bluff Drive at the Cedar Ridge Apartments in Lake St. Louis, Missouri.

Fire officials said the carport, which was made of wood, was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived on the scene.
 
 
There were no injuries and fire crews did not immediately know the cause of the blaze, but said it did not appear to be suspicious.
