( - Authorities in Crawford County issued an endangered person advisory for a four-year-old girl who was believed to be in the care of her grandmother before going missing.

Police said Sabrina Omeni, 4, was in Cuba visiting her paternal grandmother Terry Omeni, who lives in New Jersey, from May 26-July 16. But when Sabrina was not returned, her mother reached out to Terry. Police said they last time the two spoke was July 21.

Authorities report Terry did not return Sabrina as scheduled and that Terry became agitated when Sabrina’s mother called her regarding her daughter’s whereabouts.

The child's welfare is unknown, but officials believe the child and grandmother may be in New Jersey, Delaware or Virginia. Authorities say they were both scene last week in Gates, North Carolina and were supposed to be in Norfolk, Virginia for a family reunion.

Sabrina weighs 60 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and a light complexion.

Terry, 60, is 5'5" and weighs 260 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. Police believe she is driving a turquoise 2012 Ford Fushion with New Jersey license plate L95-BSJ. Police said Terry has changed her phone number and they have been unsuccessful in reaching out to her, but they plan to contact her cell phone provider in an effort to gather more information.

According to police, Terry has an active warrant out in Delaware for a failure to appear in court and has an extensive history with police. Police said they have not issued an AMBER ALERT because they do not believe Sabrina is in danger.

Cuba Police said they also reached out to Sabrina's father who has been uncooperative.
