Authorities report Terry did not return Sabrina as scheduled and that Terry became agitated when Sabrina’s mother called her regarding her daughter’s whereabouts.
The child's welfare is unknown, but officials believe the child and grandmother may be in New Jersey, Delaware or Virginia. Authorities say they were both scene last week in Gates, North Carolina and were supposed to be in Norfolk, Virginia for a family reunion.
Sabrina weighs 60 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and a light complexion.
Terry, 60, is 5'5" and weighs 260 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. Police believe she is driving a turquoise 2012 Ford Fushion with New Jersey license plate L95-BSJ. According to police, Terry has an active warrant out in Delaware for a failure to appear in court and has an extensive history with police. Police said they have not issued an AMBER ALERT because they do not believe Sabrina is in danger.
