St. Louis, Mo (KMOV) – Emergency crews closed parts of both S. Grand and Hartford after a gas line break Thursday morning.
A construction crew struck a 2 inch gas line around 8:15 a.m. causing natural gas to spill out onto S. Grand and Hartford, according to authorities.
Laclede Gas said the gas to the area was shutoff following the leak. Laclede Gas completed the repairs and reopened the roadway around noon on Thursday.
No evacuations were ordered.
