(KMOV.com) – A St. Louis man was charged with multiple felonies after he allegedly shot at two men in the parking lot of a Mobile gas station in St. Louis County in early April.
Diante Hudson, of the 14300 block of New Halls Ferry Road in St. Louis, is charged with three counts of assault and three counts of armed criminal action after police say he fired a handgun at Korrey and Nicholas Miller on April 2.
Hudson reportedly shot multiple times at the men over an unknown dispute, and one of the bullets shattered the glass of a nearby Burger King. A worker at the Burger King suffered a laceration on her neck, either from the stray bullet or the shattered glass.
Hudson, who is 22, is being held on $25,000 bond.
