(KMOV) – There is still no firm trial date set for accused triple murderer Chris Coleman.

Coleman is accused of killing his wife and two young sons in May of 2009.

Attorneys were in court Friday trying to get closer to determining Coleman's trial date. Right now, they are looking at August of 2010 to start the trial. Defense attorneys are trying to wait until next August, because they say they have not finished viewing the discovery documents in this case.

At the hearing on Friday afternoon, a Monroe County judge said that if Coleman's attorneys were to seek a change of venue for his trial, he would need to know in the next two weeks. A pre-trial conference is set for March 29, 2010.

Chris Coleman didn't say a word in court until the judge called him to come up and he asked Coleman if he was satisfied with his legal counsel. He said, yes. The judge also asked him if he's being treated well in jail and he said, yes.
