(KMOV)-- There is now another new option for apartment living in downtown St. Louis.
The Salvation Army dedicated the new Rialton Apartments.
The building offers apartments to low-income residents, with the highest rent topping out at $550.
The Salvation Army and city officials said it will make downtown living affordable for more residents:
The building opened in the 1920's as "The Robert E. Lee" Hotel.
There are already 60 applications for the 104 available units.
