FAIR PLAY, Mo. (AP) -- A 15-year-old boy is in custody after he turned himself in to police in the shooting of a 12-year-old girl.
The Polk County girl is hospitalized in critical condition in a Springfield hospital after being shot in the head Saturday evening. She is a sixth-grader in the Fair Play school district.
