(KMOV) -- An East St. Louis man was indicted by a federal grand jury and charged with a crack-related offense on Tuesday.
Anthony Taylor, 44, was charged with one count of possession and intent to distribute crack cocaine. He faces five to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $5 million if convicted.
The grand jury's indictment comes two weeks after Taylor's initial charge for the same offense on March 6. Fairmont City police and the DEA contributed evidence in support of the indictment.
Taylor has been held without bond pending an upcoming trial.
