Aerials: 2 men injured in 2-alarm house fire in Creve Coeur

CREVE COEUR, Missouri (KMOV)—Two people were injured after a fire broke out inside their home in Creve Coeur Monday morning.

The Monarch Fire Department arrived on scene on the 12900 block of Fernway to a two-alarm house fire at 8a.m. 

There were two male residents inside at the time; both were rushed to an area hospital. One victim is described as having serious injuries.

Fire crews were able to quickly get the fire under control, but the house suffered major damages. No word on what caused the fire at this time.

Fire officials are investigating.
