(KMOV) -- Authorities have identified one suspect who was killed and another one wounded during a police shoot-out in St. Louis Saturday night.

Police say 19-year-old Jordan Walls was shot and killed. Tyrone Walls, 22, was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the arm.

Authorities said Jordan Walls, 19, and Tyrone Walls, 22, drove up to a home in the 4000 block of St Louis Avenue around 8:30 p.m. and shot a 19-year-old man standing on the front porch.

Police arrived to investigate the shooting and started firing at the suspects.

Other witnesses told people that the shooters were in a gold car.

Police spotted the gold vehicle in the 4100 block of Labadie and chased the car to the alley in the 4900 block of Maffitt, where police say the men exited the gold car and pointed weapons at the officers.

Authorities said six officers opened fire on the suspects, striking both. Jordan Walls was pronounced dead at the scene. Tyrone Walls was transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm.

All officers are on leave, pending the outcome of an investigation per department policy.

The officers range in age from 26-years-old to 43-years-old.
