(KMOV.com)- Seven people, six from Franklin County and one St. Louis man, were indicted on federal methamphetamine charges by the United States Attorney's Office for alleged activities in Franklin County between 2008 and 2012.
Robert Swinney, 22, faces multiple charges including conspiracy to manufacture over 50 grams of methamphetamine and maintaining a property used for the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Others charged in the case include Chance Ziegler and Shannon Stephens from St. Clair, MO., Richard Treis, Leesburg, MO., Joseph McNamara, Farmington, MO., Bodette Algiere, New Haven, MO. and Sharon McGraw from Washington, MO.
All suspects, if convicted, could face maximum penalties ranging from 5 to 40 years in prison.
