Second suspect arrested after police break up altercation in Belleville

(KMOV)—Police in Belleville have arrested the second suspect involved in an altercation involving a weapon on Monday night.
According to police, 18-year-old Douglas Williams turned himself in after he was involved in the argument near the Conoco Gas Station on West Main Street just after 9 p.m.
Witnesses tell police that during an argument between two groups, a suspect described as a black male, pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the other suspects.Those suspects fled on foot to a nearby apartment when police arrived on scene.

Belleville Detectives are still seeking a third suspect related to this case. Police issued charges against 19-year-old Joshua Harris including Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession on a Weapon by a Felon.
Harris was on parole with the Illinois Department of Corrections at the time of the incident. His parole has since been revoked but he is currently at-large. Officials have set his bond at $850,000.
