COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) -- David Narodowski and Casey Lytle homered and had four hits apiece Saturday to lead Kansas to a 7-4 win over Missouri.
The Tigers (29-23, 15-11 Big 12) took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the first on Aaron Senne's two-run homer. Lytle's solo shot in the top of the second knotted the game at 2-2, but Missouri responded in the bottom of the inning with one run to go up 3-2.
It was all Kansas (35-17, 13-10) after that, with the Jayhawks going up 5-3 in the fifth inning that included a solo home run by Narodowski. Missouri kept it tight with a Greg Folgia homer, his 12th, in its half of the inning to make it 5-4, but the Tigers couldn't score again after that.
The Jayhawks put the game away in the top of the eighth with a Brian Heere two-run shot for the final 7-4 margin.
TJ Walz (7-1) gave up four runs on seven hits in six innings to earn the win for Kansas, while Scooter Hicks gave up four runs in 4 1-3 innings for the loss.
