(KMOV.com) -- Illinois State Police have cancelled an Amber Alert for a missing 12-year-old from Texas on Sunday.
The Amber Alert was issuedn Illinois on Saturday, but the child has been located.
On Friday, police said they believed Sommer Brown-Ivory, 12, was in "grave or immediate danger."
Investigators believed that Sommer was taken by her mother, 43-year-old Lisa Brown, who had a history of abusive behavior.
"The report that came to us was that the mother had coerced the child to get into the vehicle with her," said Corky Brown with the Cedar Hill Police Department.
Until about three weeks ago, Sommer Brown lived with her mother.
