ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – Some lanes of westbound Interstate 70 were closed on Thursday after a vehicle drove up onto a concrete barrier in north St. Louis.
Authorities said the wreck happened near the intersection of 10th and St. Louis Avenue, just over Interstate 70, around 4 p.m.
Officials intially closed every westbound lane on the interstate because they were concerned the railing might fall onto the road below. Only one of those lanes remained closed as of 4:30 p.m.
The cause of the wreck was not immediately clear.
No injuries have been reported.
