DENMARK (KMOV.com)-- New studies from Denmark have raised some eyebrows in the medical profession.
The new studies suggest that pregnant women who drink low to moderate levels of alcohol during early pregnancy may not be risk harming their child. Low to moderate levels is considered one to eight drinks per week.
But, the doctors did say nine or more drinks per week will harm the unborn child. Doctors are quick to point out that this does not change recommendations for pregnant women and they should not consume alcohol.
