St. Louis, MO (KMOV.com) -- The oldest and newest bridges over the Mississippi River will be featured on a riverboat cruise starting Saturday June 16th at 9 a.m.
The Tom Sawyer Riverboat cruise will give visitors a unique view of the new $667 million dollar bridge currently being built, as well as the 138-year-old Eads Bridge.
The new bridge will become the third longest cable-stayed bridge when construction is complete. The Eads Bridge is currently being restored and should be completed by 2015.
The special tour will only be offered twice a month on Saturday mornings at 8:30 through September. The cruise lasts one hour and cost $14 for adults and $8 for children.
