(KMOV.com) – Madison County officials have charged a women with manufacturing meth and endangering her child in the process.
31-year-old Andrea Mundy is chaged with manufacturing less than 15 grams of methamphetamine in a home where her child lived.
According to court documents, Mundy on Friday “knowingly endangered the life and health of her children, by allowing exposure of the children to methamphetamine manufacturing environment.”
Police said children were not present when officers showed up for the arrest, but Mundy admitted that her two children were present when she manufactured the drug.
Officers said the manufacturing was going on all over the house. Reportedly, Mundy told police she decided she had to get the kids out of the house while she was producing because she had to take them to the doctor for health problems related to the production of meth.
