(KMOV.com) – A woman could face seven years in prison after police said she stole items from a home she was hired to clean.

Natasha Kratovil is accused of stealing 24 Hydrocodone tablets and $60 from a home in the 200 block of Aspen Village Drive. At the time, Kratovil worked for Merry Maids, a home cleaning company.

Merry Maids told News 4 Kratovil no longer works for the company and has confessed to committing the thefts.

“The allegations against her do not reflect the values or standards of this company,” said Gina Kamler of Merry Maids.

Merry Maids also said all applicants must pass a criminal background check and follow security measures that all of its franchises have adopted.
