Two University of Missouri students have been arrested for allegedly having some part in placing cotton balls directly in front of a black cultural center in Columbia, MO.
The freshman and senior were arrested last night around 7:30 p.m. and have since bonded out of jail.

As of late this afternoon, the Boone County prosecutor did not file formal charges. The county has until March 29th to decide how to proceed.
