(KMOV) -- A new city ordinance is ticking some people off. The ordinance has to do with holiday lights.

Residents in Aurora, Illinois could get a $50 fine over Christmas lights.

Under the new rule, you can only keep your holiday decorations up 60 days before and after the holiday.

After that you get fined.

What do you think about this? Is it fair? Would you like it if your town had this rule?
