Pan-Seared Chicken Breast 
You Will Need:
4 to 6 ounce boneless chicken breast
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chinese Five Spice
Granulated garlic and paprika
½ teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Bring the skillet up to temperature
Take all the spices and combine in a bowl with the oil.
Mix it together so that the chicken is coated well
Place chicken in a non-stick pan
Sear both sides
Sear the first side for 2-4 minutes
Sear the second side for 2 minutes

Sweet Potato Mash
You Will Need:
¼ cup of skim milk
One large sweet potato or yam
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
Bring water to boil add salt
Score the potato in the middle all the way around
Place in boiling water until fork tender
When the sweet potato is done , peel the skin off the potato. 
Put the potato through a ricer. And add skim milk, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Broccoli Raw
Bring orange juice to a boil.
Turn it off and place the broccoli in the orange juice for five minutes.
