WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Department of Defense says a Missouri soldier has died in Afghanistan after his unit was attacked with a rocket propelled grenade and fire from small arms.
The Defense Department said Saturday that 45-year-old Spc. Denis D. Kisseloff of Saint Charles, Mo., died Friday at Forward Operating Base Shank, Afghanistan, from wounds suffered in the attack.
Kisseloff was assigned to the 1141st Engineer Company in Kansas City, Mo.
