(KMOV) -- Two persons of interest are in custody after a teen’s body was found in the Metro-East.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. in Belleville, Illinois.
Authorities tell News 4 that 18-year-old Jarrell Fountain, of Cahokia, was stabbed to death.
Police say that he was stabbed near Franklin Elementary School on West “C” Street. After being stabbed, Fountain reportedly ran to a nearby home where he died.
